Warranty Policy
PC Mart offers a 3-month warranty on all refurbished laptops. To claim your warranty, please retain your original purchase invoice. A warranty sticker will be affixed to the laptop for verification purposes.
Warranty Coverage:
- Battery life: Up to 1 hour for laptops below the 4th generation, 1.5 hours for 5th and 6th generation, and 2 hours for 6th generation and newer (under multimedia usage).
- Camera, microphone, Wi-Fi, RAM, and storage (SSD/HDD) are covered.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Screen/display issues such as lines, spots, damage, dimness, scratches, or partial display.
- Damage caused by electrical surges, physical impact, misuse, liquid exposure, or data loss.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days for a refund. The product must be in its original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-5 business days of payment confirmation.
- A standard shipping fee of PKR 2,000 applies to orders outside Karachi.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders within Karachi.
- Accurate shipping information is essential. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges for incorrect addresses.
- Damaged or defective laptops must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Laptops are inspected before shipping, but customers should inspect their purchase upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
Note: Accessories such as laptop bags, cables, and adapters are not covered by the warranty.
We recommend saving a copy of your purchase invoice for warranty and return purposes.
